Since 1993 Norberto has been involved in the planning, design and construction of a variety of projects for academic, science, commercial, real estate and residential clients. A Registered Architect since 2005, his path led him in 2009 to create DellaMora. A specialized firm providing services for complex projects with multiple stakeholders. He was responsible for advancing projects that have been notable for their design. He is now the Associate Architect in collaboration with Urbanica Design for the NUBA Parcel 8 residences in Boston. The 116 unit residential new-construction project is expected to be completed in 2027.

Completed construction documents for the Nuba Parcel 8. A 116 residential mixed use building with 2,000 square feet of art space. In partnership with Urbanica development.
Recently completed is the renovation for the condominiums at 143-145 Warren St in Boston. We combined two buildings in the South End to create luxurious modern urban living.
The Crowley and Carpentino residence in Yarmouth was finished this summer. The design transformed the existing separate kitchen and living ares. We removed walls and ceilings to the underside of the roof. Creating an open light-filled space.
